Lock and Door Repairs at 10 Oxford Gardens

Just a brief note to thank you for the work you did on my door and locks.

You arrived on time and got to work fixing the locks on two doors, one external and the other internal, at the front of the house, which had begun to "stick". Using your box of specialist hand tools, you soon had the job finished to my satisfaction.

However it was your skill in diagnosing the problem with my external rear doorand then fixing it. that was the greatest help. The door had been difficult to open and even more difficult to close for months and I had become concerned that if I opened it again I may not be able to close it, leaving the house insecure.

Although I was convinced the problem was with the lock, your experienced examination identified that the problem was with how the door was hanging. You then removed this large, heavy door from its hinges and re-hung it. The door then closed effortlessly - there was nothing wrong with the lock.

Thank you so much for solving this problem. I am not surprised you are a full member of your trade Association, MLA, Master Locksmiths Association. I shall certainly use you again if I need help with my locks and doors.

The work you carried out at my mum's house was completed to a high standard, well I guess it was as she didn't complain afterwards!
