Will the safe be delivered and installed at a convenient time?

Yes, we will agree a suitable time with you for delivery and installation in advance. Your safe will be delivered by an IKS approved installer, not by a courier. (Online safe companies with lower levels of service tend to use 3rd party couriers who often deliver at unexpected times with the possibility of heavy safes delivered to the kerb or to your neighbours or damaged safes.) Smooth predictable delivery is important when dealing with heavy high value safes.

Will the safe be installed by a specialist on the day of delivery?

IKS will deliver the safe and install it at a time agreed with the customer. The process is seamlessly completed by our safes specialists unlike online safe installations which can require the customer to arrange installation post delivery from a courier. Will I have a project manager to advise and coordinate the safe installation process to a high standard?
